Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Roxaz processes, why we use it, and the choices available when you use travel profiles, trips, groups, activities, messaging and related services.

Information we process
Roxaz may process your email, display name, age confirmation, profile details, travel destinations, dates, interests, languages, messages, reports, blocks, device information and security logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, profiles, trips, matching, messaging and safety tools; prevent abuse; respond to support; improve reliability; and comply with law.
Travel communications
Messages, group posts, activity participation and connection details are processed to provide shared travel planning. Never share passwords, financial information, government identifiers or precise live location.
Data retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service, safety, fraud prevention, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Account deletion starts deletion or de-identification subject to those limited needs.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile details, control permissions, block or report users, and request deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability rights.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
Children
Roxaz is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Contact safety@roxaz.app if you believe a child has used the service.
International processing
Roxaz and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy for service, practice or legal changes and will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date.
